A Little Patience And A Little Gratitude.
All the difficulties, all the worries in life, and just one solution “ A LITTLE PATIENCE AND A LITTLE GRATITUDE”.
At a particular time of life when our minds don’t give us logic and just want the solution. In that case whatever the problem is the solution is universal and it works “INHALE PATIENCE AND EXHALE GRATITUDE”. Applying this formula in life would not give you success only but happiness and peace which matters more. Being patient and waiting for good and in between thanking and being grateful is the key to a peaceful life.
Half of our problems are because we want everything to go the way we think and don’t give acceptance to what is actually happening. The simple yet authentic solution to this is PATIENCE. To say that be patient is very easy but when one tastes the bitterness of this word it feels very difficult to swallow. It tastes bitter at first but the aftermath of this bitterness is much sweeter that it makes you forget that you have ever experienced something bitter. And as Jean Jacques Rousseau said: “PATIENCE IS BITTER BUT ITS FRUIT IS SWEET”.
Now what actually patience is? the best definition I got is from someone who said beautifully: “Patience is not the ability to wait, but the ability to keep a good attitude while waiting”. And another beautiful saying is: “To lose patience is to lose the battle”.Patience seems very difficult at first but it possesses a different kind of peace, charm, and beauty in it.
“PATIENCE ATTRACTS HAPPINESS, IT BRINGS NEAR WHICH IS FAR”.
You have to wait for beautiful things. Like you get chicken by hatching the egg not by smashing it.
Waiting is always difficult but it’s waiting that makes you realize the importance of something. The more you wait the more beautiful and everlasting fruit you get. Patience makes you closer to your creator what else now one can ask for?
You will get exactly what you need when the time is right. Have patience.
Then half of our problems are just because we are unhappy with what we have while wanting what we don’t have and a simple solution to this anxiety is GRATITUDE.
IF YOU WANT TO FIND HAPPINESS, FIND GRATITUDE.
These days we forget to distinguish between need and want. we think that except us everybody‘s life is perfect. we see that the other person has what we lack but we don’t see what we have and they lack. we focus on how to get what we don’t have that’s why we don’t find peace that’s why our hearts are not at ease. And while wanting things and planning how to get them we forget that the thing we want is not important but the happiness it gives is what matters so if we think in a little depth, why do we make ourselves strive for happiness to attach it with something, why don’t we simply just make it by being in the moment, being grateful for having what is enough.
BE THANKFUL FOR WHAT YOU HAVE YOU WILL END UP HAVING MORE.
And suppose if you want something madly but once you got it it’s not of that importance and now you strive for something else. It’s a never-ending chain.
We have always enough. If life is giving you a hundred reasons to cry, give yourself a thousand reasons to be happy or to be grateful for. And right now if you are thinking that I have nothing to be grateful for then you need to rethink.
Being a medical student made me realize that there is a never-ending list of things that we don’t even consider or acknowledge to be grateful for. Your body has every day every minute thousands of processes running without even letting you know. Thousands of processes occur at the cellular level in seconds. As students, we cry memorizing and studying those processes which take hours to understand yet these processes occur a thousand times in a second without even letting us know every time.
Being grateful at times when you are generating negative energies gives you a different kind of peace and happiness.
whatever you think is making your heart anxious tell yourself that be patient, everything will be fine, my creator loves me more than I do and I trust his plans and try to focus on how much you have rather than how much you don’t. And worry about those things that are in control rather than being worried about taking control of those things that are not.
“GRATITUDE SWEETENS EVEN THE SMALLEST MOMENTS”.
Before thinking that my this or that wish is not fulfilled think of a thousand other wishes that are fulfilled or come true without even asking for them.
“COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS “.
A LITTLE PATIENCE AND A LITTLE GRATITUDE CAN MAKE YOUR LIFE BETTER AND SET YOUR HEART AT EASE.
